how does the elbow move ?

A forearm points out the arm below the joint of an elbow. It consists of two bones.
There are also two bones under a knee.

Where are the outside and the inner side of a forearm?
When a palm is opened so that the thumb may turn to the outside of the body, we assume the thumb side the outside, and the little finger side which is likely to adhere to the body the inner side.

There are twelve muscles.

Which is the muscle that bends a wrist?   It is shown in blue.

Blue muscles are attached inside the humerus.
