Let's move the shoulder

The joint which moves the most among the joints is shoulder.

What is there around the shoulder?

collarbone、breastbone、twelve ribs, scapula, humerus gather. Let’s see the right-hand side shoulder!
Scapula contacts with collarbones and only gets on on the ribs of the back. It is fixed with surrounding muscles.
Humerus gets intothe hollow a little, and it is the situation that is easy to shift.
And, it will make the various movements possible.

How many muscles are there around the shoulder ?

There are about 19 muscles.

Raise it upwards with the arm attach to the body

We cannot support a humerus anda scapula, and the muscles of a neck and the shoulder are getting tired when we keep hand working lowering work and a hand taking down downward.
Stiff shoulder continues when especially our muscles decline.
Exercise to reduce stiff shoulder will be to take an arm at the position that is higher than the height of the shoulder. It will have no effect too much even if we do the exercise of arm in the position that is lower than the height of the shoulder.
